We never use pre-made mixes, additives or artificial flavors and we locally source whenever possible. For example, our low-temperature pasteurized, non-homogenized milk comes from a family-owned dairy just up the road (I-35, to be exact). The hard-working bees of Austin's own Good Flow produce our wildflower honey. Our pecans come from Schwegmann Orchards, three miles north of Georgetown. When we add new flavors, you can be sure we'll look for ingredients produced close to Austin.
WHERE WE’RE COMING FROM, WHERE WE’RE AT
Like Austin, our gelato is delightfully different. For starters, our all-natural gelato and sorbetto bars are placed neatly on a stick...though we can't guarantee you'll stay neat while you eat them. (See above.) Or try our tidier option: 4-oz. single-serving cups. Our 4-oz. cups, gelato and sorbetto bars and pints are available at two area farmers markets. On Wednesdays from 2-6 pm we're at the new Farmers Market at Round Rock Premium Outlets and on Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm we're at the Wolf Ranch Farmers Market in Georgetown. THEY’RE FAVORITES FOR A REASON
We focus on the favorites and take them totally gourmet by using organic or all-natural products whenever possible. We then hand-scoop them into cups or hand-dip them in pure, dark Belgian chocolate. Try our Very Vanilla Bean, Vanilla-Chocolate Chunk, Double Dutch Chocolate, Cinnamon Caramel, Toasted Coconut, Coffee & Cream and Mocha Chocolate Chunk. Dairy-free options include Lemon, Strawberry and Pineapple Sorbetto, made with freshly squeezed juice, organic and whole fruit.
