AIN’T NOTHING LIKE
THE REAL THING

We make our gelato and sorbetto with only natural products like low-temperature pasteurized whole milk from Richardson Farms, a family-owned micro dairy in Rockdale, an hour’s drive from Austin. To this top-shelf milk we add pure cream, organic sugar, Texas wildflower honey from Austin’s own Good Flow, whole organic fruit and other high-quality ingredients. Whenever possible, we locally source our ingredients, for optimum freshness and to support central Texas farmers and producers.

Austin Gelato Company products are now available in 37 fine stores and restaurants in the Austin area. (For a current listing of where our products are sold, please visit our “Where to Find Us” page.) We’re also at the SFC Farmers Market in Sunset Valley every Saturday from 9 am-1 pm. THEY’RE FAVORITES
FOR A REASON

We focus on the favorites and take them totally gourmet. And because Austin loves the big, bold flavors of Tex-Mex and barbeque, our desserts have a dash more flavor. For example, we put both vanilla beans and extract in our Very Vanilla Bean gelato. Our Coffee & Cream is made with freshly roasted coffee. Our Double Dutch Chocolate is made with real Belgian cocoa powder. And our Nutty Pistachio is made with freshly roasted nuts–it’s a crunchy take on an Italian favorite.
